You choose your favourite interpretation: complete relaxation on the estate, fine dining in the region, or a romantic day in Bruges.

Fine dining in the region

Complete your stay with lunch or dinner at one of the region’s best restaurants: Restaurant 1880, Tafel 12, La Trinité, De Vijverhoeve or Brasserie Kromme Watergang. We are happy to make the reservation for you.

A romantic day in Bruges

Bruges is just 30 kilometres from the estate. Discover the Minnewater together, the Bonifacius Bridge — Bruges’ bridge of love — a boat trip through the historic canals, charming squares and terraces, and of course the famous Bruges chocolatiers.

Optional extras

Sharing & Dining board: a generously filled board with local cheeses, fine charcuterie and Zeeland specialities — perfect to share on your terrace or in your suite. Reserve at least one day in advance.

Option 1

Wellness & relaxation

Unwind completely by the water: the creek-side sauna, the heated outdoor pool (1 April to 15 September), free bicycles and breakfast overlooking the creek.

Option 2

Fine dining

Lunch or dinner at a top address in the region — Restaurant 1880, Tafel 12, La Trinité, De Vijverhoeve or Brasserie Kromme Watergang. We are happy to make the reservation.

Option 3

Romantic Bruges

A day in the City of Love: the Minnewater, the Bonifacius Bridge, a boat trip through the canals and the famous Bruges chocolatiers.

From the windmill on our own estate to charming bistros and beach pavilions nearby — our personal favourites for eating out.

On the estate Grand Cafe El Molino Lunch, drinks or dinner in the historic windmill — a short walk from your suite. Taste the famous apple pie made with our own flour or a sharing board at sunset. View menu El Molino is regularly booked for private events. Check the opening hours in advance on elmolino.nl — when closed, we offer an alternative in the Ensenada breakfast room.
