Answers before you arrive

When are you open?

We are open from 14 February to 12 December. Throughout the year there are short periods of renovation or holiday — contact us if in doubt.

How far is Bruges?

A 30-minute drive from the estate in Schoondijke. For a day in Bruges we arrange a return taxi on request.

Is the pool heated?

Yes, the outdoor pool is heated and open from May to October. There is also a wine-barrel sauna by the creek for all guests.

What is included in breakfast?

An extensive Zeeland-Flanders breakfast: fresh bread from the bakery, local cheese and charcuterie, eggs any style, fresh fruit, juice, coffee and tea.

Is there parking?

Yes, there is free private parking for our guests on the estate itself.

Are pets allowed?

Unfortunately not. The estate has its own horses in the meadow and we want to keep things peaceful for all guests.

What time is check-in?

Check-in from 3 pm, check-out at 11 am. We can often accommodate different times — let us know when booking.

Can children come along?

Some suites are suitable for children. Let us know how many people are coming when you book — Megan will advise you on the right suite.

Is there wifi?

Yes, free wifi in all suites and across the estate.

Can you arrange dinner?

We do not arrange private dinners on the estate, but there are 6 excellent restaurants a short drive away. We arrange a return taxi on request.

Can you set out cava + flowers for a special occasion?

Yes, on request. Let us know what you would like when booking — cava (we don't carry champagne), seasonal flowers, a personal note. We do it discreetly.

Is there a sauna?

Yes — a wine-barrel sauna on the estate overlooking the Molenkreek for all guests. Plus private infrared saunas in Suite La Casa and the Polder Suite.

How do I book?

Easiest via the book button at the top of the site (directly with us, best price). Calling or emailing also works.

Cancellation policy?

You can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. After that, the first night is charged. In case of no-show, the full booking. Let us know about changes in time — we are flexible where we can be.

Getting married on the estate?
